Refund Request


You can request a refund within 4 hours of making your payment and before using the Talk to Astrologer service by contacting us at care@astroarise.com. We will initiate the refund process within 2-3 business days, and the refunded amount will be credited to your original mode of payment. Once you have received a refund, you will not be eligible for any further refunds for the use of our services. Astroarise.com reserves the right to assess the validity of refund requests and holds the absolute discretion to accept or deny them based on the nature of the request.

The decision to process a refund lies solely with Astroarise.com ' Quality Audit team, and their decision is final. The team will make every effort to refund users in their bank accounts if the quality parameters have not been met.


Refunds will be considered in the following situations


Call disturbances caused by weak signal strength, background noise, or the Partner Astrologer being inaudible, among other factors.


An excessively long response time from the Astrologer in addressing the user's query.


Astrologer providing an irrelevant or inappropriate response to the user's query.


Refunds will be not considered in the following situations


Refunds and cancellations will not be processed if the user provides incorrect information. Users are advised to exercise caution and double-check the accuracy of the information provided before submitting their concerns and engaging with our astrologers.




We do not provide refunds or cancellations if the user provides an incorrect contact number while using our "Talk to Astrologer" feature. Users are advised to ensure their mobile numbers have full network coverage and are available to answer calls. Astroarise.com cannot be held liable for any refund or cancellation for calls that are successfully connected.



Members/users should not solely rely on the guidance provided by astrologers for making legal, health, financial, or other significant decisions. Astroarise.com bears no liability or responsibility for the accuracy or effects of astrological remedies suggested by the astrologers. The decision to follow the advice and consultation of astrologers on Astroarise.com is entirely at the user's discretion. Users are recommended to exercise their own judgment in such circumstances, as Astroarise.com will not issue refunds on these grounds.



If a payment fails or times out due to server or network issues on the Astroarise.com website or the associated payment gateway page, users should check their bank account for any debited amounts. If the amount is debited, users should contact us at care@astroarise.com to inform and confirm their payment. If the amount is not debited, users can attempt to process the payment again.



Astroarise.com bears no liability if users make multiple payments for a single session with an astrologer. The excess amount will be credited to the user's Account.



Astroarise.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any chat/call session request made by the user for any reason. Requests may be cancelled due to factors such as updates in pricing terms, unavailability of the service, or technical glitches. If the user has made a payment for a cancelled service, the deducted amount will be credited to their Astroarise.com's account.



Using abusive or offensive language towards the website or astrologers, whether through chats, calls, or messages, will result in the termination of the user's Astroarise.com account and seizure of the funds in their Astroarise.com's account. No refund or claim will be granted in such circumstances.



If any member/user of Astroarise.com violates the terms stated in our Terms of Use, their account will be immediately terminated, and the funds in their Astroarise.com's account will be seized without any possibility of refund.
